Smith. <br /> Amendment to the minutes of themprevious meotiing, Septe ber 11 197 On <br /> ,September 22 1978, the Board was asked by the merican Friends Service Coad ttee <br /> for permission to use the library building to hold interviews with townspeople, <br /> to discus the A. F. S. 0. recently published report on the impact of the town <br /> of the Lawsuit. Because there are a great many people expected at these interam <br /> vi.ews the Board of Trustees voted 4-0-0 to not allow use of the building. The <br /> Board suggested the A. F. S. 0. contact the Selectmen' office for permission <br /> to use the town half. cafetoria. r <br /> Minutes ofthe meeting were they accepted as amended. <br /> A meeting has been sot up. with the Boards the Selectmen, the chairman of the <br /> Finance Committee the Yawn Accountant, and pow %unset to discuss the questions <br /> in the letter to the Sel ctmen, dated September 21. Date of the mmeting $ <br /> October 25, 1978 at 3:30 p.m. in the library. <br /> Arnold Sorenson was selected to represent the Mashpee Public Library at the <br /> annual meeting of the Massachusetts Library Trustees Association. <br /> Librarian Is report: <br /> F Circulation for the month of September was 266; the total circulation for the <br /> Last seven months is 1732.
