4 <br /> l A SHPE ZONING BOARD of APPEAL <br /> MEETING INUTE <br /> JANUARY 4, 2018 <br /> Mile Mendoza, Building Commissioner said that the plan was revised to meet Board of <br /> the Health requirements. He said the plan doesn't sbow the constru'tion layout for the <br /> fence, and wanted to lino if the house will be part of the fencing. <br /> Mr. Kupferman,homeowner said there is an existing fence surrounding the entire property, <br /> and the house is part of the buffer. There are three sides that are 5 ft. stockade fencing, and <br /> there is one by the Front of the driveway that will be changed to meet the zoning with the <br /> pool. <br /> Mr. Mendoza wanted to be clear that any doors,bulk heads, and sliders need to be alarmed <br /> as required under Massachusetts State Building Code. The final sign offs will be rewired <br /> by the wiring inspector, and the life safety inspections will include the height of the fence, <br /> and the self-closing gates. The building plan that will be submitted with the permit will <br /> actually show the fence, and that the shed is relocated to the 5 ft. requirement. <br /> Mr. Goldstein read the comments from the Conservation Department, and Inspection <br /> Depailment conn-nents into the record; <br /> Mr. Gould read the Board of Health comments into the record. <br /> There were no comments from the audience, and no more comments from.the Board. <br /> Mr. Bon ie made a notion to issue a Written Finding for the in-ground pool with the <br /> following conditions; the Board has determined,that the applicant meets all the conditions <br /> of Written Finding under Mass General Lav 40.x.Section 6. All were in favor of the in-ground X001. <br /> OTHER BUSINESS <br /> -Bylaw Review—Board to discuss final revisions to bylaw changes. <br /> Mr. Forbush said he, Bill Blaisdell and Mike Mendoza met with other members of the <br /> Bylaw Review Conunittee including Deb Dani, Tow. Clerk and Ed Larkin to review the <br /> five subject bylaws that will be submitted for Town Meeting in May, 2018, <br /> Mr. Furbush wanted to review each bylaw and make final changes with the Board. <br /> 2 <br />
