Mashpee Public Library GREAT NECK ROAD MA HPEE. MASS. 02649 F - Trustees Meeting; July 9, 1979 Present: President A. Sorenson, Ondrea Robertson, Susan UnTol, iris McKinley, and Librarian Gloria Selander Absent: Ele�:nor-Jean Cohwen, Esther Smith and IIBxy Mone The minutes of the previous meeting were approved as readT printed. Communications: Judge Boyle sent .a $25.00 contribution r books Henry LaBate bid on needed repairs to the building. As this wa.s the only one received iii motion was made and seconded to secure two more bids. Librarian's Report a-ttached: INES 3 ' No report has been received from the building inspector on the strength , of the floor. i motion was made and seconded to dr ft a letter to the selectman calling this to their attention also state 'haat we are in the first stage of plan- ing a meeting with othfur twon agencies to discuss library develoment in view f the past years groveth and the strain it puts on the present facilities. i new typewriter has been ordered -- funis will be available &er 7/l/79, + 4 Mrs. Robertson has checked prices on airconditio ers and dehumidifiers., Sears %ill sell to town agencies for % above their cost. Whirlpool ` makes Sears equipment. irconditloner adequate for our space - $525, plus $25, shipping. Dehumidifier $263.40 plus 15 for shipping. Mrs. Van of made amotion seconded by Mrs. McKinley that we place an order- for the above equipment.
