Robertson, Sagan Vary Tol, <br /> Avis McKinley - Librarian, Gloria Selander and Friends representative, <br /> V:andaau herty. <br /> Guest; Brad, Norman the recreation director <br /> Absent; R.J. Doe Cohen and Esther Smith <br /> The minutes of the preious meeting were approved as printed. <br /> The Recreation Director, Brad Normax,clarified his objectives for the ire . <br /> department for the Trustees, <br /> Briefly, he works with a commission of 4 or 5 gentlemen appointed b <br /> tine selectman. His belief-that Reading is recreation and plans to promote <br /> the use of the library through various programs such as Arts and Crafts. <br /> The Friends "Salute to Spring 11 program Is the type 'of event that should <br /> be enco►rraged.. The New J"eabury Corporation is being ::ontacted for the use <br /> of the Rotary Plaza for an Art Show. A bulletin board clearing place for <br /> town events is a prospect for Angelos.
