FRIENDS 1 The librarian's desk was refinisbed; 2 The bake sale raised 175.00' dollars from -38 contributors; }The Book Sale raised. over 200.00 dollars; 4 At present there are ISS members; 5)The walks wild be sealed in 3 weeks, the 11.ghts will be installed, and the flag pole will be painted; A study group will be formed to?investigate �the growth 6f, th !1 J b r ; 7)A Silver tea will be held in August. New usihess 1 The Tnaintenance department is not doing clean-up work; 2 The library needs its own part-time tim worker (10 hours/reek.) ;Mr. Murphy will be contacted about a part-time .maintenan e worker by, rs .' , obertson; The Library will keep its own post office box axed V111 use its own stationary, while other- departments wi'11 use stationary beaded with the Town of asbe ; Mr. Middleton asked t -use the library for a youth program I da- week-, when the library is open. The program will involve 4 or 5 boys for 1 hour leek. Mr. Middleton will send a formal request.. 5)Ann Peterson submitted her resignation to be effective July 1 . The Trustees will be seeking a neer Trustee. The topics for discussion and a -summary of attendance will be included in each 6 month report. The members present will recommend Marjorie .
