He is aware of the needs of - the Library. <br /> b, The Library is to go directly-to Mr. Virgillio with any problems a <br /> III The minutes of the last regular meeting were accepted as printedft <br /> IV Reports <br /> a. Librarian's report accepted as read. <br /> Financial Report <br /> a. There are 4048 dollars in incentive Grant monies* <br /> 1. Tie Trustees- are considering the purchase of two electric typewriters. <br /> An IBIS electronic typewriter is being studied. <br /> I Unfinished Business <br /> a. <br /> The estimate for repairs on the Library building was 4700 dollars. The <br /> mo tion ,was moved and seconded .to request 4700 dollars at the Special_ Town <br /> Meeting. The vote was unanimous* <br /> VII Communications <br /> a. ' Gloria Sel.ander seat a letter of resignation effective January 1, 1983. <br /> The motion to accept the 'resignation with. regrets was made and seconded* <br /> 4 <br /> The. Grote was unanimous. <br /> 1. -special meeting, <br /> October 25, will be concerned with' the drafting of a job <br /> description for'Librarian. <br /> The, meeting adjourned`-ourned at :30P .
