John S eiri , Florence Hersh, and Diane Kingsley. <br /> The Personnel Board will be invited to attend. <br /> It was voted -0-0 to authorize the chairman to sign all vo cher <br /> and purchase orders to pay the salary, wages and- expenses of the library. <br /> The librarian will continue to mace monthly reports s mm'ari ing all <br /> vouchers and purchase orders and expenses. This will .eliminate the <br /> necessity of the librarian obtaining four signatures b ' re forwarding <br /> vouchers and PO's , the Town Accountant. <br /> The Town Superintendent of Streets has reported 't .the librarian <br /> that the repair work is progressing smoothly. There r ay. b .funds left <br /> over, in which case, the interior doors and trim will be, pain-ted and <br /> the octagonal window in the north side wall be. rieplaced. Also <br /> Mr. Virgillio recommends that our air-conditioner be removed from the . <br /> window and stored for the winter. The trustees agreed, if the unit can <br /> be stored in the library. <br />
