Librarian :: The Librarian ' s report was accepted as read. <br /> B . Friends : Mrs . Fordham reported that a Mr. <br /> R had . <br /> re-submitted the application to Exxon for a $1 ,000 grant ;-- <br /> b the Bard Directors will meet this month ; c the <br /> regular meeting will be on April 24 ; and d the Book Sale <br /> will be held on the Library lawn on Election Day May 12 <br /> - <br /> since last years sale was so successful. <br /> C. , Building Committee : The architect was present at the last <br /> meeting oii February 28 and presented a List of items to b <br /> ftg iven up" if priorities had to be listed. He also discussed <br /> new state bidding laws . The committee will meet again on <br /> March 27 .
