Fordham Friends Absent B. Towner II Minutes of the December, January and Special Meeting were approved as presented* III Report A. Librarian3 Librarian's report was accepted -as presented. Friendst Mrs. Fordham reported that a fourth pr'i for the �} raffle, consisting of a wardrobe -for a Cabbage Patch- doll, had been donated by Mrs. Roberitso e Also that a director's meeting will be held the week- of the 24th. The Friends� would like a sketch of the exterior of the new library building, and a copy of the Addens ompanr, diagram of furnishings in order to prepare a, promotional brochure for the library, Although -the Friends have a tax-exempt number, a letter of d ter ainatin from the Internal Revenue Service has not been received. - ` a Building o f ttee: 'there will be a--meeting in the library on ur February y 2 th t 3P.M.' f or� anyone involved ire tie library building. Trustees are urged to attend. There will be a discussi n of procedures between now and Ing out to bid, forms to be completed. and any preliminary steps to be taken so that we can' proceed ,when federal funds become available. lv Unfinished Business None V New Business. . : The librarian's contract will be available at the next meeting for review and discussion. The librarian is requesting that l00% insurance coverage be inclued in the contract.
