Librarians Librarian' s report accepted. as presented. <br /> Be Friends: Mrs. Fordham advised us that a representative <br /> of the Kelley Foundation stated that if the "Friends" <br /> seat in the requested additional information, be <br /> appended to the original application for funds, <br /> immediately the application might be considered before <br /> the directors meeting in October. <br /> There will be a meeting of the "Friends" on September 23rd <br /> at 1:30 p.m.. at the Senior Citizen's Community Center. <br /> c. , Building Cw%„ to : The contract for the new library <br /> building has not been signed to date. <br /> The road to the site has not been completed. <br /> The Clerk of the works has been hired. <br /> .
