IV Communications 1 ) 1,,".'ash-pee Community School requested to meet with the board of Trustees at the January 11 , 1988 meeting, 2) "Able" notified Librarian that further information to a�� "Dial Up members will be forthcoming, 3 A memo was sent by Mt shpeo Selectmen regarding the upcoming Special Town Meetings , February 1st and fv'iarch 2nd. The March 2nd meeting has been reserved for hazard waste articles, 4) The hoard of Trustees will grant permission to Cape Cod Consortium to use the meeting room on January 27 , 1988 from 8: 3 ' .A.M. to 2 ; 30 PoPle D. Kingsley agreed to open at 8: 30 and stay until 2; 30 to accommodate the group, Old Business 1 Policy Statement will be completed before January 11th meeting, 2 motion was made by A. Swenson to accept the Bir-Laws as written. 1'ilotion seconded by A. FitzGerald and approved unanimously. 3 motion was rade by A. FitzGerald , and seconded by A. Tanneyhill, approved unanimously regarding erda' s position to submit, as amended, Grade 8. Step I . to the Personnel. Board. Job description for part-time custodian was accepted as filed. 5) FY 89 budget will require a special trustees meeting before submitting to Finance Committee.
