Marsh explained that they ;bad had to' cancel the January <br /> meeting due to bad weather. <br /> Friends : Terri Hyde was not present to present a report. <br /> The Friends plan to have a book 'sale this Satu da ., if <br /> a ,of .the trustees would -like 't assist with the book sale, <br /> Terri would appreciate i . _ <br /> IV COMMUNICATIONS <br /> H. DeFoe reported that there had been .information .oxo the <br /> Incentive Grant. <br /> M. Marsh reported on the 'State Aid to Public Libraries which <br /> Mashpee Library has reeelved every . ar-. -- There is information <br /> which discusses the requirements to become eligible,- and a <br /> fact sheet, which -is available if . n r : f ,the trustees were <br /> interested in reading i t. <br /> H. DeFoe reported that she also had a Family ,and Medical Leave <br /> Policy from the personnel board which diso.us ed 1. rf�es` <br /> leave. It outlined the various conditions and the medical <br /> certification required -to be provided to the town. <br /> V BUSINESS FROM PREVIOUS MEETINGS <br /> A.
