There was no financial report available at this time. M. Marsh explained that they ;bad had to' cancel the January meeting due to bad weather. Friends : Terri Hyde was not present to present a report. The Friends plan to have a book 'sale this Satu da ., if a ,of .the trustees would -like 't assist with the book sale, Terri would appreciate i . _ IV COMMUNICATIONS H. DeFoe reported that there had been .information .oxo the Incentive Grant. M. Marsh reported on the 'State Aid to Public Libraries which Mashpee Library has reeelved every . ar-. -- There is information which discusses the requirements to become eligible,- and a fact sheet, which -is available if . n r : f ,the trustees were interested in reading i t. H. DeFoe reported that she also had a Family ,and Medical Leave Policy from the personnel board which diso.us ed 1. rf�es` leave. It outlined the various conditions and the medical certification required -to be provided to the town. V BUSINESS FROM PREVIOUS MEETINGS A. Heating Plant: Helene explained that their .have had `e- mote sensors installed: one in the kitchen, one in the workroom and one in Helene� s. office e The uhi s sense the temperature in the - coldest' rooms, and ca-11 .for +heat in those rooms until they reach a 11- reabl.e temperature,. In Helene' s. opinion; the ' sensors rade a great improve- ment in the comfort level.
