Helene explained that they would need to present a Letter of Intent , whl.c.h basically lets thein know that w are in- terested in participating. It must be filed with the Board of La brary Commissioners by October 29 , 19980 Once the Letters of I'ntent are received , they will mail letters a'dvi ing where the workshops would be- held on how to complete the application. - The a.pplicatior writing workshops will be in December . The grant is due- January 7 , 19996 Helene advised that early registration was October 17th. Helene explained that they world a1 o have to bave a Town Meeting vote. Relative t'o this a-ppl ication . Dick. Shaughnessy made a motion. He moved that a Letter o-f Inte t for 'the application relative to- -the public library construction program be submitted . Carlo ' Este seconded the motion.
