Minutes <br /> accep-ted as prepared. <br /> Minutes of December 11, 2001 were accepted as prepared. <br /> III REPORTS: <br /> a <br /> A. - Library Dir c .or: A copy of Helene ' s report is attached for <br /> your information. <br /> Helene explained. that she has given the trustees two reports , <br /> one is t he financial report from November, which is the most <br /> recent, and the activities in December 2001 . <br /> B. Children' s Librarian: Janet Bur1e ' s monthly report to Helene <br /> DeFoe is also aittached. <br /> C, Building Committee Report:: Kevin Connolly reported t .at Lhe <br /> believed that he was -selected as chairman of the building <br /> committee. He added that they were in the organizational <br /> stage now; they are trying to find out were they were , try- <br /> ing to regroup, and find out where they were going. Kevin <br /> stated that one thing he felt was very important in a project <br /> like this, or any town project is to keep people informed of <br /> what is going on. One of their admini itrative' steps will be <br /> notices of the meetings seat to .interested 'parties. Not only <br /> will the building coittee receive meeting notices , but also <br /> interested town officials, the selectmen, the town planner, <br /> Mr. Jason, and their organization, so everybody will know <br /> when the next meeting is- scheduled. <br /> In the course of their first meeting, they decided that the <br /> prudent thing to do was to sena out notices . LSince there <br /> was some ambiguity about the sites for the library, Kevin <br /> felt it right be a good idea to send letters to the Town and <br /> to Mr. Chace and get the locations for the library clarified. <br /> They did follow-up with correspondence; they dick follow u <br /> with a meeting with Mr. Chace and Fields Point people and <br />
