Following in-depth discussion, it vas_decided by the Trustees that David should send a letter to <br /> ,Ilan Vaarro seeking his help in assisting us to get this accomplished. <br /> Motion: Ann 1 acl onald-Dailey motioned that we,the Trustees, send a memorandum to the <br /> following individuals asking about the possibility of having a temporary storage shed placed <br /> adjacent to the Library. Dianna Smith seconded this motion and it was unanimously passed. <br /> Jim vacarro <br /> Buff Chace <br /> Wayne Taylor <br /> • Joyce Mason <br /> Russ Wheeler <br /> • Greg Taylor <br /> copy to Helene DeFoe and Board of Library Trustees <br /> New Business <br /> Third Annual Lobster Luncheon and Artisan Fair scheduled for August 9, 2003. However David <br /> advised he spore with Cindy darker and in view of the limited Artisan turnout they're not doing <br /> Artisan Fair this year. Consider different options for lobster luncheon: <br /> Tie into Boob Sale event? <br /> 0 Maybe Mashp e Commons doing something we can tie into? <br /> Next Meeting <br /> The next meeting will be held Tuesday,July 15, 2003, at :30 p.m. in the Library Meeting Room. <br /> Communications 4 <br /> ]avid mentioned that Boot smith in Mashpee Commons recently changed hands. David said he <br /> thinks a strong, strategic alliance with Booksmith would be great. Steve Innis, a co-owner, would <br /> love to chat with us. <br /> Adjournment <br /> Alice motioned to adjourn the meeting; Heather seconded this motion; and it was unanimously <br /> passed.
