Copy <br /> attached to printed set of minutes. <br /> Helene is to report on Library activities for the last several months at the next Trustee Meeting. <br /> New Business <br /> The staffing crisis at the Library will result in severe under-staffing of trained personnel to service <br /> patrons and handle workload at the end of December. Following discussion,Dianna Smith <br /> motioned to close the Library on Saturday,December 27, 2003 due to lack of staff; Heather <br /> Lakatos seconded this motion and it was unanimously passed. <br /> Meeting Schedule <br /> • In view of holding this Special Meeting, it was decided to cancel the Board of Library <br /> Trustee Meeting scheduled for Tuesday, December 9, 2003. <br /> • Next Meeting...6:30 p.m.,Tuesday, January 13, 2004, Library Meeting Room. <br /> Adjournment <br /> This Special Meeting of the Board of Library Trustees was closed at 6:20 p.m. and g ill reconvene <br /> at Town Hall to attend Selectmen's Meeting to discuss staffing.
