Preschool Story Hour 2 <br /> On November 3ra theXids Klub Preschool visited the library. There were 32 children <br /> who enjoyed the story time. <br /> Firs. Wilbur' first grade class had their field trip to the library on November 5 . There <br /> were 22 children who had a tour of the library, story time, and checked out boobs. <br /> Family Story Time was held on November 6th. There were 8 participants who enjoyed <br /> humorous new books. <br /> The Chr <br /> `ldren' Librarians Roundtable Annual Farm*l Event was held on November 13 <br /> th <br /> at <br /> the Cape Cod Conununity College. We had a very good turnout for the comedian team <br /> of Gould and Stearns. <br /> On November l I met with the Board of the Friends of the Library. They have decided <br /> to increase my family program budget from$700 to $1500 per year. i Presented a written <br /> plan to the Board on ho I will using the.money. The most srgnif~iant addition to the <br /> ro ar in budget i two series for the summer, perhaps writing workshop and a <br /> story time for school age children. These programs would be staffed by local teachers <br /> and would take place during hours that I am not in the library. The teachers would also <br /> be able to help children locate sununer reading boobs in-the library. <br />
