Jane Dolan of the LBC is preparing the grant application.
Motion: Carlo D'Este motioned that we designate Steve Cook as the"green champion" for this grant;
Nancy Soderberg seconded the motion; and it was unanimously approved.
David then advised that according to Shelley a financial statement is needed for the Kresge
Foundation...Kresge requires an audit of Friends of the Library funds and Ted Nodolny will work on getting
an audit. In addition, professional data of the Library Trustees is needed. David informed the Trustees he will
be in touch with each of them to get the necessary information from them.
New Business
In the past the Library has always closed on the Saturday of the Artisan's Fair. This was discussed.
Motion: Dianne Smith motioned to close the Library the day of the Artisan's Fair; Carlo D'Este
seconded this motion; and it was unanimously approved.
Action Item
David asked Nancy Soderberg if at the next Trustee meeting she would re-visit the e-mail she sent out
regarding Trustee terms and by-laws.
