Page 2 of 2 <br /> the evert was. <br /> I visited Kids Klub Preschool on October 12th and brought story time to 23 children in the morning <br /> session and 13 children in the afternoon session. <br /> The Mashpee Community Partnership Council held a meeting on October 18th. Due to a change in the <br /> budget, the council is no longer able to provide passes to the Cape Cod Children's Museum for all of the <br /> participating family daycare providers, it had done in the past. However,the council did purchase <br /> two passes for the library, As the library has a total of four passes, I suggested to the disappointed <br /> family providers,that they would be able to check out 2 passes at the library, enabling them to take up to <br /> children to the museum for free. <br /> The Title I teachers from the K.C. Coombs School held their annual parents' meeting at the library on <br /> October 20th. I spoke to the families about what the library has to offer, and then provided a story time <br /> for the children. There were 60 people who attended this event. <br /> The Friends of the Library sponsored a Halloween Stamp Camp on October 22nd. There were 20 <br /> people who enjoyed the stamping projects provided by StarnpiW Up Demonstrator,Kristen Boyd. <br /> On October 28th I attended the Children's Librarians Roundtable Meeting at the Sturgis Library <br /> Barnstable. Most of the agenda encompassed our plans for the 14th Annual Cape-wide Family Library <br /> Event to tale place at the Cape Cod Community College on November 12th, and plans for our <br /> performef s showcase to be held in January. <br /> 11/26/2005 <br />
