BOARD OF LIBRARY TRUSTEES <br /> REGULAR MON 1 HLY MEETING <br /> TUESDAY,JANUARY 13,2003 <br /> TOWN HALL MEETING Roots <br /> Present: David Burton, Carlo D' st , Jane Dolan,Nancy Soderberg, Feather Lakatos, Dianna Snaith, John <br /> Kowalski, and Helene DeFoe, Library Director. <br /> Chairman David Burton called the meeting to order at 6:32 p.m. <br /> Approval of Minutes <br /> Dianna Smith motioned to accept the minutes of the Meeting of December 9, 2008 with name change <br /> correction; Jane Dolan seconded thismotion; and the motion was approved, with David Burton, Johan <br /> Kowalski, and Heather Lakatos abstaining. 4 <br /> Reports <br /> Helene DeFoe's and Janet Burke's monthly reports for December were reived and discussed. A copy o <br /> these monthly reports (which includes the CLAMS circulation report for December) are attached to the printed <br /> set of these minutes. <br /> Mashpee Library Groundbreaking Ceremony...To be held 10 a.m., Thursday, January 15, 2009. Helene said <br /> -that in addition to representatives from Board of Selectmen, Library Trustees, Planning and Construction, <br /> Friends of the Library, et al., Katherine Dibble,vice Chairman of the Bureau of Library Commissioners, is <br /> expected to attend.
