Library Project(continued) - The following 7 invoices were submitted for pr v l for payment. * 656.64= Faronics • 39.90—Janet Burke • 35088.48—National Grid 1,664.11 —NStar 37.00—Ricoh 9,395.00—Valley Comm. 223.71 —WB Masan Motion:Janice Mills motioned that the 7 invoices presented be accepted for-payment;Eugene Smargon seconded this motion; and it was unanimously approved. Parkin Lot/Crosswalk Su estions Nancy Soderberg addressed to the Committee a suggestion to make traffic in the parking lot go one way. Catherine and others responded that the parking lot was made wide enough to allow for -way traffic. Iry Goldberg added that it would took terrible plastering ane-way signage all around the parking lot. Helene advised that a patron of the library asked whether or not we could have a crosswalk painted in the street area leading to the sidewalk. Catherine Laurent said that request would have to go through Mashpee Commons, Time Cap We Catherine said as requested at last PCC meeting she reviewed past minutes and the minutes do not say whether or not the Committee agreed to fund the cabinet for the time capsule. Catherine said her question now before the Committee is whether or not the Committee would_agree to pay the Crystal Design invoice of 1,053 to construct the cabinet. Nancy Soderberg commented that prior to the full Committee meeting at a Subcommittee meeting,Zane Dolan was told Town wo.uld pay for the cabinet, Motion: Sheldon Gilbert motioned to have the Town pay for the time capsule cabinet and approve the expenditure of$1,053 for the project;Janice Mills seconded the motion; then put to vote: Vote: Yes.--Sheldon Gilbert Yes...Steve Cook Yes Joe B raft N ...Irving Goldberg No... ►nlce Mills No...Gene Smarn N ...
