Carlo said
the pol isies are practical, simple and straight--forward. Carlo offered to do a mark-up of a draft but it was decided the
subcommit ec would first sit together and review all materials and suggestions and then submit to the Trustees a draft
proposal for Mashpee Library policy. Following are highlights of some of the issues/comments to be considered:
Helene said a lot of people coming in from banks companies that are interested in doing presentations for free in
the hope to recruit business.
0 Carlo said Falmouth has covered in their policy that enter prcneurial, merchandising or commercial are excluded
from using their site,
0 Is use limited to non-profit;charitable organizations? Do they pay fee? .
Terrie Cook said school policy had trouble so leave a little leeway by saying`gat the discretion of the Board".
0 Helene said Christ the King women's Group said they will be looking to meet at the Library when they are
getting renovations done to their building in October.
• Pat Gamache stated she spore with Jinn Long and one of his concerns is that we not"undercut"what the Senior
Center charges for use of their conference and events rooms.
