Mashpee Public Library <br /> Board of Trustees <br /> Search Subcommittee Meeting <br /> Wednesday, May 4, 2011 <br /> Mashpee Town Hall, Selectmen Conference Room <br /> Executive Session Minutes <br /> Present: Library Trustees: John Kowalski, Carlo D'Este, and Patricia Gamache <br /> Joyce Mason, Town Manager; David DelVecchio, I.T. Director and Marilyn <br /> Farren, Human Resources Director <br /> John Kowalski called the Executive Session of the Library Trustee Search Subcommittee <br /> to order at 1:05 p.m. for the purpose of interviewing applicants for the Library Director <br /> position. <br /> Roll Call Vote: <br /> John Kowalski, yes <br /> Carlo D'Este,yes <br /> Patricia Gamache, yes. <br /> Four potential job candidates were interviewed by the panel for the Library Director <br /> position. <br /> Candidates were advised that the selection process will be narrowed down to two <br /> candidates who would then be invited to meet and interview at the Board of Library <br /> Trustees regular meeting scheduled for May 16, 2011. All candidates were encouraged <br /> to visit the Library and to meet the staff prior to the May 16a'meeting. <br /> Motion: John Kowalski motioned to close the Executive Session. The Library Trustee <br /> Search Subcommittee will not reconvene in Open Session. <br /> Carlo D'Este seconded the motion; and it was unanimously passed. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous: 3-0 <br />
