Ms. Mason informs them that these funds are all dried up due to the <br /> economic situation of the state. <br /> The board maKes a motion to approve monies to pal the bill of $1q,(#U for Steve <br /> Suss, motion is seconded - so moved. <br /> Mary O'Kee4 loins the meeting at 3:25 p.m. <br /> Melissa Murphy questions the board about the 3% gross revenue and is i/3 of <br /> that going the school? 7oycc Meson explains that it does not go to the school, it <br /> does to the town. The school already has a fairly reasonable budget ($3,50t) <br /> annually) and there is no established policy regarding the above mentioned gross <br /> revenue. Ms. Mason suggests to Ms. Murphy to present a proposal with her <br /> requests to the Committee and the Selectmen. Ms. Murphy also requests money <br /> for the maintenance of the video/camera equipment. The Board recognizes a <br /> need to acquire another video operator and would Ime, to get someone trained. <br /> Ms. Mason suggests to find a student or two and she will train them to operate <br /> the equipment for the meetings presently being taped. Andy Eliason questions <br /> Ms. Murphy as to how much money she is requesting just to give them a ball <br /> paa figure. The 8oasd also addresses the issue of hiring someone to be in <br /> charge of those operators and run the schedule of the tapings. Ms. Mason <br /> suggests advertising for this position. <br /> Andy 610tasori would Ime. to het the window and console done in the meeting room <br /> and asKs if anything has been done to move this issue forward. Ms. Mason <br /> informs the board that they need to the specs for the height of the window and it <br /> would be best to use thermapane windows. The air-conditioning has already <br /> been installed. <br /> Mary O'Keefe and Stevo Fuss discuss the commercial Internet connection with <br /> respect to the Town Hall. Due to the fact the Town Ha[I is a commercial building, <br /> #hey cannot connect the same way. Ms. O'Keefe informs the 5oard of a polic.1 <br /> change therefore allowing the Town Hall to be, included in the 5roadband <br />
