Andrew Ellason
From: "Bill Shea" js@ aP .00M
T : "Andrew Ellas n"- Andr w@ lia on.o
"Jim Chisholm Town"<jch1s@ao1.com
Sent: Wednesday, October 19, 200510:24 Ally
Andy Jiro: I met yesterday with the new prospect for the cable
job. He seems quite competent and has years of experience in.
video. The specifics are:
$20 per hour is his asking rate. That makes it typically $60 per
meeting ting e e t $80 t $100 for Planning Board meetings. 3 hrs or more.
He does weddings as a main source of income and I asked if he 1s just
looking for something for the slog winter months. He offered to sign
a year's contract to shover his commitment to a long term employment.
He does have a commitment every third Monday night but otherwise he's
available for the other meeting nights. I-told hire.the meetings are
Mon thru Thurs. starting at 7 PM and 6:30 PM for Selectmen.
Typically 2 hours per meeting except 3-+ hours for Planning Bd.
He does have someone that works w1th hire that might bo available t
cover any unexpected.conflicts, or Illness. I suggested we
probably would life to have at least one other person available
(Maxine for exam ple) to cover unusual situatirns.
In general, he's a good candidate. The $20 per hour is reasonable
for someone with real experience. i doubt you'd find anyone for less
with experience.
If you would like to meet with him, a mall him at
Richard@talc g ideo. om the phone number doesn't work as well
508-536-1143
I can be there if you like for the interview.
He isn't looking for a 40 hour per week job so this might work well
for everyone.
Bill
11/15/2005
