Lolita I lcCray motioned to accept the minutes of the Meeting of September 12, <br /> 20 , as presented; Janes Moroney seconded the motion; and the motion was approved, with amine <br /> Wolfset abstaining. <br /> Tom Mayo,.Assistant Town Planner <br /> Starting the discussion,amine asked: Will we(MCA's')be funding GIS through 2007? Toni Mayo <br /> responded that as of July 1, 2007 the Town would be taking over. James Chisholm asked whether <br /> anything further would be coming down the road for 2007 beyond today's request. Toni responded-that <br /> there will be one more request for software license o $30,000 and$20,000 for additional items so that <br /> been now and July here mill be requests totaling between$50,000460,000. Toni explained they are <br /> at the final stages- that all hardware is in and they now reed to upgrade software. He said previously they <br /> used to get software for one PC only, but now it can be placed on the mean server and have 6 concurrent <br /> users use it at one time. Toni gave each Board member a written GIS software request to upgrade 6 single <br /> seat licenses of A.rcView to 6 concurrent use licenses for$101,655.23. Copy of this material is attached to <br /> the printed set of these minutes. In addition, Torn advised that the annual maintenance contract for this <br /> software will be $3,200, which will be placed in the departmental budget.
