mow+ GIA, <br /> r <br /> f <br /> • <br /> ISLE <br /> MASUPEE CABLE AND ADVANCED <br /> TECHNOLOGY A BOARD <br /> MINUTES OF MEETING HELD] <br /> TUESDAY,DECEMBER ,2001 <br /> TOWN HALL MEETING ROOM 3 <br /> Present: Andrew Eliason <br /> James Chisho a. <br /> Lohta McCray <br /> James Moroney <br /> 1laine wolfset <br /> Also Present: David DelVec hio, Director of Information Technology <br /> Andrew Eliason, Charman, called the Meeting to order at 3:0 • ! <br /> Approval of Minutes <br /> Jaynes Chisholm motioned to accept the minutes of the Mfg of November 1 .,2007 as written;Lolita McCra <br /> seconded the motion;and it was una finously approved. <br /> Discussions <br /> Andrew Eliason informed the Board that he ran into Rick York and Rick said he is satisfied to wait until springtime <br /> to pursue his water quality project. <br /> Next,the Board discussed the following topics: <br /> • Question raised•a .to whether or not Jeff`Clough and/or Mmy O'Keeffe would core to an MCAT meeting <br /> to diseuss equipment needs for the Comcast Studio and also have them provide an up-to-date inventory o <br /> the Studio equipment, Andrew Ehason will contact Mary O'Keeffe. <br /> It was noted that the Town owns most of the Comcast Studio equipment, but the Town urns it over to <br /> Comcast audio. <br /> 0 Maxine reported that there is a digit player and a digital recorder in the Control Room. <br /> 0 The Board suggested Andrew Eliason also frnd out from Carol and Joyce Mason what Bill Shea is doing <br /> with the equipment. Andre will also Oicc with Joyce to follow-up as to why the switcher was replaced <br /> In the meeting rooms, <br /> Suggestion was made that perhaps Bill'Shea should also attend an MCAT Meeti <br />
