Rene stead, Assistant Town Manager <br /> James Chisholm,Vice Chaw' man, called the Meeting to order at 3:02 p.m. <br /> Approval of Minutes <br /> Lolita McCray motioned to accept the mutes of the Meeting of May 13, 2008;James Chisholm seconded the <br /> rnofion;and it was approved, with James Moroney abstaining. <br /> Old Business <br /> Cable TV Contract Renewal <br /> Rend Read updated the Board on how things are progressing with the Cape Cod Consortium and the UMass survey <br /> process: Attached to the printed set of these minutes is an updated Cagle Consortium listing of the survey process <br /> and dates attached to each of the events. FoUowing are items that were discussed: <br /> UMass consultant in process of recommendations nd changes to the draft survey. Ren6 will e- <br /> the final survey version to Andrew Eliason when it's prepared so that Andrew can forward to MCAS' <br /> Board. <br /> o Contract between Town of Mashpee and University of Massachusetts-Dart oath to conduct the survey has <br /> been prepared and is being presented to the Board of Selectmen for review and approval at their next <br /> meetng. <br /> 4500 per town will be called to participate in the survey;margin error of less than . Results will indicate <br /> overall satisfaction level of the cable network. <br /> Board asked:: Who wiff receive the survey? Rend responded that it will be done.at random and will he a <br /> phone survey. <br />
