The proceedings of the Cable Television Ascertainment Public Hearing held Tuesday, September 2, 2008 were reviewed and approved by James Chisholm and Lolita McCray,with James Moroney and Maxine wolfset abstaining. REQUESTS FOR FUNDS Mashpee Public Access Studio—.teff Clough Jeff`Clough presented his proposal(copy attached to the printed set of these minutes) for new equipment for the 1lashpee Studio. He carne with 2 bids and explained that the higher bid of$17,069.75 is a better deal than the $16 ID00 bid because it includes software and extra hard drive capacity, which are not in the lower bid and hese 2 items are needed at the Studio. Jeff said he couldn't get 3 bids. David Del'Vchio suggested he contact the third bidder and then show that they don't have one item that is required. Lolita McCray asked: 1.s this the total amount of money you will need for the future, or will you be corning back? Jeff Clough responded that with this equipment that would be it and they would be unlimited with how many programs they could play.
