TOWN OF MASHEE <br /> CABLE TELEVISION PUBLIC ASCERTAINMENT HEARING <br /> Tuesday, September 23, 2008 - 6:00 p.m. <br /> The Mashpee Cable Advisory Committee, on behalfof the Board of Selectmen, the <br /> statutory Issuing Authority for the Town of Mashp , will conduct a public ascertainment <br /> hearing on Tuesday, September 23, 2008 at 6:00 p.m. in Meeting Room #1 at the <br /> Mashpee Town Hall, 16 Great Neck Road North, Mashpee, IIIA. <br /> The purpose ofthe hearing will be to review the performance of the cable television <br /> operator in Mashpee, Comcast Cable Communications, during its current -license term <br /> and to hear testimony on future cable-related needs and interests of the Mashpee <br /> rnnaunity. Interested parties are encouraged to attend and offer testimony on any cable- <br /> related natters. Any applications and reports to be considered at the hearing are <br /> available for public inspection at the Mashpee Town Hall, 16 Great Neck Road North, <br /> 1 l sh e , MA during regular business hours and for reproduction at a reasonable fee. <br /> For more information n the public hearing, please call the Office f the Board f <br /> Selectmen at (505) 539-1400. <br />
