+ r vp ESP I + '�4b i ;*rad ;*0* E # MASBPEE CABLE AND ADVANCED TECHNOLOGY ADVISORY BOARD I E14-UT S OF MIEETING HELD TUESDAY,DECEMEBER 1 ,2009 TOWN MALL MIETINO ROOM 1 Present: Andrew Eliason .dames Chisholm Lolita McCray Absent: Peter Cohen Also Present: Joyce Mason, Town Manager David Delvecchio,Director of Information Technology Ann Bradshaw, Superintendent of Schoois Andrew Lliason, Chairman,called the meeting to order at 2:05 p.m. Approval of Minutes Jaynes Chisholm motioned to accept the minutes of the Meeting of November 10,2009; L Mita McCray seconded the motion; and it was approved. Discussion Andrew Eliason informed the Board that he sent a memo to several of the Town department heads asking thea to think about potential needs they may have to submit to MCAT for review neat year. Andrew said that Ann Bradshaw was the first to reply and is here for this meeting. Andrew said he let the people know Haat although we I re on a tight budget and the Licensing process is still not settled for the time being,they can think about needs for when this Board reconvenes in April. Ann Bradshaw Ann addressed the Board and said she appreciates that the Board has been very helpful in the past and without MCAT'S help the school could not have their studio at all. She said in her capital budget she put in $50,000 for replacement of computers and projectors and was able to get$40,000. Ann Bradshaw explained what equipment they have now. She said most of the things they buy are refurbished and this works very well for then. Ann explained that for Phase 2 they are looking to get 2 5 PCs at$27,000 per year; and 20 projectors at$23,000 per year. When questioned about costs and equipment,Ann responded that she will get this information and provide breakdown of costs, etc.
