PUBLIC COMMENTS No public comments. REVIEW IE1 F MINUTES f Paul Andrews rade a motion that the B and accept, as presented, the minutes of the Board of Assessors Public session held on 9/30/19. Gregg Fraser seconded the motion. The -notion was unanimously approved.. Paul Andrews made a motion that the Board accept, as presented, the minutes of the Board of Assessors Executive Session held on 9139119. Gregg Fraser seconded the motion. The motion was unanimously approved.. BOARD of ASSESSORS REPORTS No reports.. DIRECTOR TO of ASSESSING REPORT—Jason s reebel 1. Data Collector Resignation. Jason Btreebel reported that Data Collector Torn Mcll anaman has submitted his resignation s data collector for the -Assessing Office, effective October 29, 2010. r. McManarnan has accepted a.position with the federal government, doing background checks on prospective federal employees. Sheldon Holzer suggested that the Director of Assessing conger to Mr. Mc llanaman the congratulations of the Board: with appreciation for his past service. Jason Streebel started that he needs to tally to the Town Manager about refilling the position, and will need to 90 to the Board of Selectmen to approve the re-filling of the position since there is a moratorium on all vacant positions. Jason S reeb.el stated that if approved, the position will be posted both internally and externally. Paul Andrews made a motion that the Board recommend to the Board of selectmen that -t heir refill the position of Data Collector. Gregg Fraser seconded the motion. The motion was unanimously approved. . Appellate Tarn.Board Jason reported that there was a motion to dismiss the 98 Popponesset Island case before the ATB before it was heard, based on the fait than the filing was late. The ATB ruled in favor of dismissing the case.
