4. Elderly Exemption Application <br /> Hechler, Joseph W. Gregg Fraser made a motion to deny the Elderly Exemption <br /> application from Joseph Hechler, as Mr. Hechler wishes to withdraw the <br /> application. Paul Andrews seconded the motion. The motion was Unanimously <br /> approved. <br /> . Approval of FY 11 Valuation Methodology for Utilities <br /> Jason streebel stated that the DOR will accept either of two valuation methods: either i <br /> the Form of Lists that the utility companies provide, or create our own methodology and <br /> assessment, along with proof to the DOR that it was correct. Jasontated that the <br /> I ashpee Assessing Office has always used the Fora of Lists valuation methodology <br /> provided by the utility companies. <br /> GreggFraser made a motion that the Board of Assessors accept the Form of Lists <br /> provided by the utility companies as the valuation methodology for FY201 I. Paul <br /> Andrewseconded the motion.
