Andrew explained the Switcher is what the Control Boon operators use to switch between cameras for the meeting presentations. David DelVecchio submitted a cost proposal from Valley Communications(copy attached to the printed set of these minutes)and avid said this price quote covey everything but the DVD player, He said he would estimate the DVD player would be about another$200. Motion; Lolita McCray motioned to accept the Valley Communications Systems,Inc. proposal submitted for$5,862.37 for the Bili of Materials for revisions to the Mashpee Town Hall Control Room;Peter Cohen seconded the motion. Vote: Motion passed unanimously. GeoTMS Version l J ae David said this system is on avis and this would upgrade it-to sequel. He said these are client/server applications{ accessed by departments for the permitting process. Joyce also explained how this streamlines the process and gives Town a history so any issues would be red flagged. Joyce said citizens are helped by the process being streamlined. Building permits benefits the most. Motion: Lollta McCray motioned to approve the Ge►oTMS version 9(SQL)software upgrade to the amount of$4,650,which amount in lud s labor;Peter Cohen seconded the motion.. Vote: Motion passed unanimously. The MCAT Board pointed out that the price quote statement indicates the$4,650 quote is valid through December 19 2010. The MCAT Board specified that there is to be no increased price change from this approved price quote. A.copy of the price quote submitted is attached to the printed set of these minutes. Sticker Tracker modifications for 2011 David I elVecchio presented a memo from Town Clerk requesting sticker tracker modifications at a cost of 1,63 8.75. A copy of the memo is attached to the printed set of these minutes. David explained that citizens can purchase stickers either on-line or in person and this would be an upgrade to the current systerh. Motion: Peter Cohen motioned to accept Bonsai tic's sticker/tracker proposal for$1,638.75 for the purpose of improving the Town sticker/tracker ability;Lotita McCray seconded the motion. Vote: Motion passed unanimously. New Business Funds for filet and Related Technology Andrew Eliason said since Mashpee provided our own I-Net and funding,he wants to be sure that since we do provide the funding we should probably make sure that Peter Epstein is aware of that and we should have a clause providing for this. Joyce Mason said Peter Epstein i aware of this. Andrei said he just wanted to be sure Peter was taking care of'this. Andrew said he feels he should apologize to the Board that he vas not aware we were under such time constraints and that any changes—even though minor may not be able to be made since we are so fay-clown the road with the license negotiations. Andrew said be un l r wasn't aware that someone wasn"t going to come to MCAT for inspection of the terms of the license. Andrew said we will tally about this at Executive Session. Tough Books for 8 Cruisers Joke Mason requested that MCAT place on their next month's agenda a request for funding in the amount of approximately$3 1,000 to purchase Tough Books for 8 crdiscrs. Joke said.this will provide everyone with a laptop.
