Jim-Chisholm said just the fact that Mary Lou is here is a good show of interest so we <br /> can take that and move ahead with Joyce Mason. <br /> Consensus-of MCAT Board was to definitely make an appointment to sit down with Joyce Mason to get input and <br /> some direction. Peter Cohen will contact Joyce and arrange an infornnational meeting. <br /> IT Updates <br /> David DelVecchio advised the Board: <br /> 0 Valley Communications was here yesterday and installed the new switch in the Control Room. Andrew <br /> liason said if entire switch was replaced would that void all the programming that We had problems with. <br /> 'David suggcsted that he,Andy and the most technical control room operator get together and they'll go <br /> over the new swither operation. i <br /> 0 Andrew said we need up-to-date set of schematics and an updated operator manual. <br /> 0 Andrew said that at the end after recording was successfully closed the operator had problem because'it <br /> was asking for a password. <br /> 0 favid showed the Board the proposal from Valley to install control unit and tuner. The cost totaled <br /> ,$59'862.37o- 15:92 of that cost was-labor to install. David also provided MCAT with a copy of Val-ley's <br /> fee schedule. peter said the numbers for Valley's labor are grossly out of line. David agreed and said that <br /> was why he questioned then and perhaps we should get somebody local when things are out of warranty. <br /> MCAT Board totally agreed. <br /> • Andrew mentioned that the new streaming loops very good. <br /> • laid said Jay thinks Chatham going to buy the new PEG Ball that Can be accessed remotely—for <br /> instance,out in the field. dire it-live;and stream it..
