Develops <br /> curriculum for training. <br /> Attends monthly cable advisory committee meetings andSelectmen's meting s when necessary. <br /> Extensive knowledge of cable television and public access. Experience with television production <br /> facilities and equipment operations. <br /> The successful candidate should be a good co rr mu nkat r and team player with excellent organizational, <br /> video production,computer,and people skills.Strong curriculum development is important. <br /> Bachelors degree in communications, management or related field.at least five years of supervisory. <br /> ma nage r'raI or administrative experience in public access television;or any equivalent combination of <br /> education and experience. <br /> Starting salary range: <br /> Training&Production Coordinator: Responsible for assisting volunteer prouducers with the successful <br /> completion of their video projects,assisting in teaching production courses; playing back community <br /> programs,-and updating community bulletin board. <br /> Works with executive director, noir-profit organizations.,volunteers,town officials and agencies with <br /> broadcast and multi-media projects and coordinates coverage of local events. <br /> The successful candidate will be a good communicator and team player with excellent organizational, <br /> video pro duction,com pute r;and people skills.
