Chairman Coordinator <br /> Arthur Weinsteint Treasurer James Coag, Director <br /> Aurora Bird Lillian Fisher, Friends <br /> of CA <br /> Robert Osborn left 10:00 AM Dee Allick, LW <br /> ABSENT <br /> Jean Thoma <br /> The meeting opened -at 9.:03 AM in the Carol H. Jacobson Senior <br /> Center. <br /> k <br /> Bob Osborn was welcomed back after his illness. <br /> 5 <br /> Mimi Mullin made a motion to accept the Secretary' s Report <br /> and it was seconded by Frank Nicks. 5o moved. <br /> The Treasurer ' s Report was handed out and discussed. At the <br /> end of nine months we have spent 5 f our budget. A <br /> discussion was held regarding the lighting of the outside <br /> sign and the Director w- .1 l look into this ratter for us. Bob <br /> Osborn made a motion to accept the report and it was seconded <br /> by Auro ra - i rd. S o moved. <br /> The Director' s Report was handed out and discussed. Sea Mist <br /> has made their pool available for two days a week at the <br /> present time. There will be a request for a senior van on <br /> the Capital Budget at Town Meeting In May. Arthur Weinstein <br /> made a motion that the Council on Aging support the <br /> acquisition of a van and request the sum of $9,000 for the <br /> van based on the needs of the seniors In town. Aurora <br /> Bird seconded the motion. So moved. Mimi Mullin made a <br /> motion to accept the Director' s Deport as written and it was <br /> seconded by Frank Hicks. So. moved, <br /> The Outreach Coordinator gage her report for the month of <br /> March. We discussed nursing homes at length. Arthur <br /> Weinstein made a motion to accept the Outreach Coordinator' s <br /> Report and Aurora Bird seconded the motion. So moved. <br /> i <br />
