Jean Thomas <br /> Arthur Weinstein <br /> The Chairman opened the meeting at 9 :05 AM in the Carol H. <br /> Jacobson Senior Center. <br /> The first order of business was the election of officers: <br /> Mimi Mullin made a motion to elect Betty Jones as <br /> Chairman and Secretary. It was seconded by Frank Hicks, <br /> So moved. <br /> Frank Hicks made a motion to elect Mimi Mullin as <br /> Vice Chairman and it was seconded by Aurora Bird <br /> So moved. <br /> Frank Hicks made a► motion to elect Arthur Weinstein as <br /> Treasurer and it was seconded by Mimi Mullin. So moved. <br /> Mimi Mullin made a Motion to accept the Secretary' s Report <br /> with corrections and it was seconded by Frank Hicks, So <br /> moved, <br /> The Treasurer's Report was handed out by the Director and the <br /> figures at year end looked very good* <br /> The Director' r Report was handed out and discussed. The MCOA <br /> Annual Meeting will be in Plymouth this year and it is hoped <br /> that many mebers of the CoA will be able to attend, The <br /> Director was involved inthe grant application under the <br /> Federal Family Support Initiative and the grant application <br /> was successful and the amount awarded should be between <br /> $76,000 and $100,000. The water will be tested quarterly at <br />
