APPROVAL OF MINUTES FROM JANUARY 9 , 1996 AND JANUARY 23 , 1996 Mr . Dorgan moved to accept the minutes from january 9 , 1996 as amended. Mr , Ferguson seconded the motion, All were in favor. Storrs distributed to the committee a grid of the area below and betwen Route 151 and Route 28 to Falmouth, including the rotary area , The committee and the Fields Point Representatives discussed the areas including the plans for ars Iran/Motel and Shopping Village . in the Trout Pond Area . fir. Storrs presented a Topical View f the area being discussed and elaborated on the rendering of E . Steeple St Donna' s Ln . � and Great Neck Rd. So . Mr . Storrs discussed with the committee the 51 acre parcel surrounding the Trout Pond Area.. Mr . Storrs distributed a. grid of a housing area. w1th the alley stem as previously discussed. Also discussed was the Performing P . Arts Center with an on street parking package . Discussed in the Trout Pond Area was the concept of tax generated retail businesses and the Hotel with a restaurant , spa and related units . included could possibly be , 100 stand-alone cabin units with use of services from the - 9 room hotel . Mrs . Pena indicated she would like information regarding a habitat assessment in the Trout Pond Areas OPEN DISCUSSION wI TH PUBLIC COMMENT There were no comments presented from the public AGENDA FOR MEETING OF FEBRUARY 272 1996 Discussed will be the Trout Pond Area and East Steeple Street .
