Storrs directed his comments to Mr. Brais, suggesting <br /> he -and M.r.. Zimmerman have further communication in an attempt to <br /> reduce the time frame. <br /> Selectman Dinizio stated his feeling to be if everyone is to <br /> work together, the information will be forthcoming on a timely <br /> basis. <br /> Mr. Brais informed the Commission of his impression, as it <br /> relates to the time game, that Mr. Zimmerman indicated he i <br /> livery busy" * Mr. Brais stated it does not take 40-50 days to <br /> complete this type of work, nor would the dollar~ amount given <br /> coincide with the time frame. <br /> with reference to what has to be dome by way of addressing <br /> the scope of services, Mr. Brais stated there should be <br /> sufficient concrete data with which to supply the public in order <br /> to support estimates, rather than loitering percentage numbers as <br /> suggested earlier by Mashpee Commons representatives . <br /> Where was discussion as to whether or not the $15, 000 . 00 <br /> study is necessary, as opposed to studying the comps, bask <br /> research, Mr. Zimmerman' s recommendation, and Mr. Brais , input, <br /> as well as information obtained from the Assessors office, in <br /> order to reach an agreement satisfactory to the Committee and the <br /> pubic, which can be supported by data. <br /> It was agreed that Mr. Brais would assist Mashpee Commons <br /> with the alternative solution to the 40-50 day waiting period for <br /> the study., <br /> Mr. Chace made an inquiry as to hove Mashpee Conmons should <br /> proceed, when and if there is a zoning change/ordinance approved <br /> at 'down Meeting. <br /> M -. whritenour suggested, at that point, a collaborative <br /> approach. He suggested 'a small group including the Town Planner <br /> and 'down Counsel be formed so that work could begin from an <br /> agreed upon outline. <br /> In response to a question by Selectman Dinizio regarding the <br /> Caps Cod Commission review process, Sharon Rooney stated that in <br /> their capacity as the Regional ional Plannin Agency for Cape Cod, they <br /> would normally comment on most zoning changes.
