Chace advised the Committee of a Design Primer for <br /> Cities/Towns written by the Massachusetts Cultural Association. <br /> He di tributed copies to Committee Members (Massachusetts Council <br /> n Ants and Humanities-A Design Primer for Cities and Towns) . <br /> Selectman Lini io recognized Mr. Fudala, and suggested <br /> date and agenda for the nest meeting be determined. <br /> Mr. Fudala stated he had a problem/question with the Zoning <br /> Ordinance aspect of the project. He .inquired as to the deadline <br /> for placing this Article on the Warrant. He made reference to <br /> the Gantt Chart, noting there would be no time e all owed for any <br /> comment/chance regarding the development of the ordinance. <br /> Mr. Storrs responded that a place could be reserved for the <br /> ordinance on the warrant, followed by a review of the Committee, <br /> Planning Board, and Public Hearing process. <br /> 1r. Fudala questioned the date of the first week in March. <br /> It was determined that the ordinance would be finished by <br /> the March date, having been compiled as a Joint effort during the <br /> time line. <br /> There was some discussion regarding Planning Board and <br /> Planning e artment involvement in regard to the zoning i <br /> � ssue. <br /> Selectman Dini io inquired of Mr. Brais the issues to be <br /> addressed on the next agenda. <br /> Mr. Brais set the following Agenda <br /> 1. Accept the Commercial Market Study; <br /> . Review the next Gantt Chart; <br /> . Review Preliminary Environmental Study Results; and <br /> .
