The lo` buffer strip has been provided <br /> 2. They enhanced the landscaping with plantings <br /> . They added parking spaces to accommodate o,000 f of office space and confirmed a width <br /> of 9.5' for each parking space <br /> . They assigned a suite number for the fire department <br /> Tom Fudala noted that there needs to be 3' buffer distance between the building and the parking <br /> spaces. The present plan shows parking that abuts the building. They will make that adjustment. <br /> Tom recon ends reducing sole employee parking to 9' from 95 to reduce paved area and <br /> improve the buffer along the street. It is not clear what the.use will be. Mr. Kirrane 1s <br /> demonstrating spaces for individual and office industrial use. The storm water retention basins <br /> were discussed. Mr. Tabaczynski explained the storm water retention basins. The plan- shows <br /> crushed stone on the bottom of the basins with soil underlying to eiihance water infiltration. <br /> Toni noted that the Zoning By Lavers require storm water to be directed over vegetated areas to <br /> provide n1-trogen uptake through the vegetation. They meed vegetated s ales and better pitch. <br /> T ii1 recommended the applicant contact Mike Talbot from the Conservation Commission for <br /> input on suitable plantings to use in the basins. They need to demonstrate this change on the <br /> plan. Richard Stevens would like tenant identity use. Also, disabled parking spaces 5 need to <br /> be noted before occupancy. Ronnie warden requires health maintenance contracts for septic <br /> system catch basins prior to issuance of an occupancy permit and a quarterly test. g contract for <br /> the first two years'.
