They reconfigured the entrance/exit onto Simon's way Road for better traffic flow <br /> leading to the intersection with route 28. The septic has been enlarged to accept twice the flow <br /> needed. They reviewed bathrooms with the Health Department.ent. There is one pair of bathrooms <br /> (mens/ladies) in the incubator space and one pair for the small office space. Since this is a flex <br /> storage warehouse{ the high walls move to accommodate spatial needs. Tenants pay for footage <br /> without a .lease. The second floor will be used for paper storage and will be heated and <br /> dehumidified to protect paper. There wi1I be-a t o-hour fire rating in the wall that 1s not <br /> moveable down the central hallway that separates the storage space from t o office use space. <br /> They also plan fol sprinklers. Sheldon needs a 1"= 20' scale drawing. There wi11 be separate use <br /> groups for storage. Each new tenant is required to apply for a permit from the Building <br /> Department. There will be no night occupancy. Catherine expressed concern about the proposed <br /> emergency access onto the dirt portion of Simon's Way Road. The road will need to be <br /> maintained and upgraded for year-round emergency access. There has been no plan submitted to <br /> do road improvements with this project. There will be several cameras with 24/7 web cam <br /> computer access and motion detectors for security. The police will have access to cards for the <br /> date. A push button code system is better for police. An alarm company will also monitor at <br /> might. There vii 11 be a lock box with key for the Fire Department. The plans have been approved <br /> by the Cape Cod Commission. They need a Special Perm-it from the Planning Board. The <br /> parking spaces reed to be ' away from the buildings for parking. They reed to maintain the <br /> goad fogy- emergency vehicles to gain entrance. They talked about cutting off Simon's way Road <br /> entrance and/or.installing a traffic light. The emergency access onto Simon's way Road was <br /> discLIssed further. A second access from the front was proposed instead. They received height <br /> approval from Design review. A site visit is scheduled with Design Review. They are in the <br /> public hearing process with the Planning Board and scheduled to return in March. A camera <br /> viewing the back parking lot of the gyne next door would be-helpful <br /> since there are currently problems going on there. Mr. Bornstein noted that the poll-ce will be <br /> able to monitor the area from the police station using the web carp. lir. Bornstein agreed to <br /> provide the Police Department with the necessary equipment.
