There are 2 bedrooms/I <br /> bath upstairs existing. She will be required to tie in smoke detectors with existing ones and add <br /> cot monitors. No septic inspection is necessary since she is not increasing bedrooms. Parking is <br /> adequate. She is going to ZBA for a special variance for an accessory apartment,, frontage, and <br /> loft. The addition is 0%or less of existing dwelling. She will need to file a form With <br /> CnCom. Charlie noted from the Bylaws that the addition"must be within the same structure." <br /> A breezeway is being used with a foundation underneath. The loft over the great room could be <br /> considered a bedroom since it is greater than 70sf on its own floor. The <br /> mother Helen is the owner of the property. The addition will measure 26x26 with a connecting <br /> mudroom entry. They received ARC approval, It will remain a -bedroom home. He presented <br /> a schematic sketch of both floors. Glen recommended opening the middle room and taking out <br /> the wall since a ' opening is required. T*he wing will include a laundry and closet. The 2 d floor <br /> is unfinished storage space. A landscape plan was submitted and shown.
