They will remodel the interior <br /> and exterior. They propose outside; New picket fence, cobblestone edging, new covered entry, <br /> and landscaping to dress up the building. Also, add new window and shutters, sign on building, <br /> new lighting and two new " exit doors. The interior improvements are: New conference <br /> room, office remodeling,new handicap access bathroom and storage closet,new reception area. <br /> New sheet rock will be installed to replace the paneling. Heat is suspended from the ceiling. <br /> Leisure Services are using the basement. Questionable whether R- o insulation in attic,but they <br /> can upgrade. There are fire alarms i <br />
