More details will <br /> come out during Planning Board review process. <br /> DPW; Final plans to include provisions for erosion and sedimentation control during <br /> construction. Provide a means for residents to recycle. <br /> HEALTH; Look into recycling possibilities. No major changes to bedroom count for septic. <br /> WWT'P will have approx. 80,000 excess capacity according to lion Bonvi which may b <br /> available to abutters. <br /> CONSERVATION; Southport must file with ConsCom and review will be at that time. <br /> FIREDEPARTMENT; Access off Algonquin to'remain but possibly realigned. water <br /> department to supply letter of acknowledgement as to supply needs for newp hase. <br /> Street.names to be supplied for review before final approval. <br /> TOWN MANAGERS OFFICE; No comment <br /> Stonewood 544 Main Street <br /> BUILDING; No comment other than those taken,at previous meetings. I ani totally in favor of <br /> this project. Special permit issues have been addressed and are still in effect. <br /> PLANNING; ISP parking should be moved out of drive path. Also plan should be revised to <br /> show proposed outside storage locations vs drives ,parking and fire access. New construction <br /> requires variance to 7 ' setback, Applicant has already applied to ZA. <br />
