Ron Bonvie made hese adjustments to the plan. Sheldon <br /> suggested changing the approach angle. Toni F. further commented they should look into <br /> changing the angle of the proposed emergency access to Algonquin Avenue and landscaping it t <br /> minimize visual impact on homes across the street. They should also look into reducing front <br /> setbacks to allow more morn for buffer areas along perimeter and along Martha's Pond. A <br /> topographical is needed. They plan to change the configuration to avoid retaining walls (which <br /> are expensive) and a steep topo. The engineer is working on drainage plans and the best water <br /> use practices will be used. This is a preliminary plan that is going before the Planning Board on <br /> the 21'and more detailed comments will follow through this review process. They have been <br /> approved for a Special permit. <br /> Ron B. stated that there were no major changes to the bedroom count or nitrogen count that <br /> would affect the original special permit or the DEP GW discharge permit. Southport has hind <br /> Stearns and wheler to study and recommend improvements to the WWTp. Ron B. stated that <br /> the WWTp will have approximately 80,000gpd of excess flog that may be used for abutters. <br /> Mashpe village (TCB, Inc.)has been spoken to already. It is designed for flogs of 172,000gpd <br /> based on 750 units. Monthly testing 11 be done by Steve 1ioni . <br /> Steve Solbo stated they must submit their plans to Conservation Commission for their review <br /> along with his. They plan to preserve trees and also replant with native species trees. <br /> They will build 50 units this year and loo wits thereafter. <br /> Torn Fudala requested they get written documentation from the water Department that it can <br />
