Frye brought hack a plan with modifications showing a handicap parking spot, ' fire lane <br /> designation, adjustments leading to Echo Road,good overhang on building covering the <br /> walkway, 17 parking spaces, 8'wide parking and aisle. <br /> "Van Accessible" needs to be placed on handicap sign, based on specific language required in <br /> By-Laws. Sheldon approved the fire lane. They do not plan to store lumber against the fence <br /> line or otherwise they know they need to be ' from the lot line. The wall installation can be 2' <br /> high with pru=9. <br /> The Special Permit is valid per Town Counsel. They will apply to the Board of Appeals for <br /> variance from the 7 ' front setback requirement. <br /> GCI Builders, Inc. <br /> 103 Industrial eve <br /> John Slavinsky <br /> Applicant has a Special Penrnit for manufacturing and repair of counter tops. The request is to <br /> change the use and modifications to the plan that was approved. The proposed uses are <br /> plumbing, electrical, carpentry, manufacturing, wholesale business and storage in a roofed <br /> structure. The building will be more rectangular, <br /> Ronnie W. handed a copy of the Board of Health requirements to Mr. Slavinsky, S ales and a <br /> stone leaching basin are included in the plans. Maintenance is understood. Since they are <br /> proposing a 600gpd septic,the use will be restricted. <br />
