PLAN REVIEW MEETING MIWTES <br /> APRIL. 135 2007 <br /> Present: Richard Stevens, Building Inspector <br /> Ronnie Warden,Assistant Health Agent <br /> Steve Solbo, Conservation Agent <br /> Torn Fudala, Town Planner <br /> Opened 10:10 a-m. Comments were submitted by Sheldon Hamblin, Deputy Fire Chief, and <br /> Catherine Laurent, Assistant DPW Director, in their absence. <br /> Projects Under Review: <br /> Ron Bonvie <br /> Phase III Southport <br /> Mr. Bonvie addressed the hazardous waste and turning radiuses on cul de sacs.,He needs to get a <br /> template from the Fire Department to determine the turning radius for the Tower Truck. The <br /> units will all be set up with sprinklers and alarms to code. Sheldon expressed concern about the <br /> water pressure and would like to meet with Mr. Bonvie prior to construction. This project <br /> requires a Conservation Commission review smce they are doing work in areas buffering <br /> conservation jurisdiction. There can be no structures within loo' ofa Pond , and there is <br /> question about the inland banks. Consultants from Stearns and Wheler have been hired <br /> regarding the wastewater treatment plant. The treatment plant is designed for 172,000gpd. They <br /> are currently using 60,000gpd, and Mr. Bonvie commented that the plant was over-designed. <br /> DPW needs to be consulted about curb cuts, emergency access, and construction entrance. <br /> Perhaps they can use an angled design for the emergency access road, and consider the <br /> relationship to the houses across Algonquin Avenue.
