Minutes of Meeting of <br /> Mashpee Plan Review Committee <br /> Held Thursday, March 13,2008 <br /> Mashpee Town Hall Meeting Room I <br /> Plan Review Members Present- <br /> Richard Stevens,Building Inspector <br /> Catherine Laurent, Interim Director DPW <br /> Ronny Warden,Assistant Health Agent <br /> Dreg McManus, Conservation Agent <br /> Torn Fudala, Town Planner <br /> i Charlie Maitanis,Local Inspector � <br /> Joel Clifford—Fire Inspector , <br /> Ben Perry,, Animal Control Officer <br /> Richard Stevens called the meeting to order at :05 a.-m. <br /> PERSONAL KENNEL APPLICATION <br /> Chris Newm'an <br /> 126 South Sandwich Road <br /> Jennifer Newman appeared on behalf of Chris Newman and stated to.the Committee that she <br /> didn't feel they had to have a kennel pennit since they lure in a residence with a mother-in-lave <br /> apartment. They have 2 dogs and her moth r-in-lave has 2 dogs. Neither of there breed nor board <br /> dogs and both of there keep the dogs inside and the dogs sleep inside.- What they want to do i <br /> build a fence around the house. In addition, she informed the Committee that they event to the <br /> post office and her address is 126-, her mother-in-law"s address is 126 , <br /> Jennifer Newman was informed that even though they have 2 residences with 2 addresses, each is <br /> part of the same deeded property and, therefore, the personal kennel permit is required. <br /> CONCLUSION: Ronny Warden motioned to approve-the personal kennel applications <br /> Charlie ll aintanis seconded the motion; and it was unanimously approved.
